Role Overview

You will be joining the Engineering team at Datacultr as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), your role will involve overseeing and managing various projects and scrum processes. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of Agile practices and drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple project scrum teams within the Engineering Department to deliver high‑quality products within agreed timelines.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, practices, and values to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track and communicate project progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders for transparency and visibility.
• Identify and address impediments or roadblocks affecting team productivity, working collaboratively to find solutions.
• Promote effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Continuously assess and improve Agile processes and practices by implementing best practices and new tools or techniques.
• Stay updated with industry trends, recommend changes, and implement them as appropriate.

• Demonstrated experience in leading Agile development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), and software development practices.
• Experience in facilitating scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile practices.
