Job summary

Lumovy Technology Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead planning, solution blueprinting, and end-to-end delivery across multiple engagements.

You will manage stakeholders, budgets, resources, and risks, ensure timely reporting, and drive delivery excellence for cloud SaaS implementations (Azure, SAP, Salesforce).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 12+ years of experience with minimum of 8+ years in project management.
• One or more project management certification – PMP, ACP, or PRINCE2 is preferred.
• Good hands-on experience tracking and reporting projects in Azure DevOps, JIRA, Trello.

About the role

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will encompass project planning, solution blueprinting, leading the project execution and solution implementation, managing stakeholders, budgets and resources as well as facilitating timely communication and real time reporting back to the stakeholders. We seek a highly motivated and outcome-driven individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment, can drive delivery excellence across multiple projects/engagements and is adept at meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.

Essential Functions

• Bring knowledge and understand, business/technology best practices, needs and guide/advise existing engagements/give inputs to planning process across people, process, technology, and data solutions/recommendations and take end-to-end responsibility for a Project
• Identifying gaps and recommending development/process changes, system configuration design, creation of test scenarios, migration plans
• Identify pain areas, opportunities, and potential solution offerings by industry/domain with business impact
• You are required to do analysis and solving of moderately to complex problems
• Provide engagement oversight in areas of specialization as and when called upon
• Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• You will also be responsible for initiating, planning, and executing projects while also tracking, managing dependencies, predicting, and mitigating risks
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, assess opportunities and develop principles to prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options, and drive issues to closure with a high bar onquality
• Ensure project changes and key decisions are properly identified, communicated, documented, and managed
• Facilitate meetings to discuss project status and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Also develop contingency plans to mitigate the risks foreseen in the projects
• Ability to manage the change process, ensuring that the impact of changes is communicated, and key decisions are taken and changes are approved considering all aspects of the program
• Ensuring that the program delivers high quality solutions with a focus on continuous improvements so that the end product meets and often exceeds the business requirements and end-user needs
• Be able to present project status to concerned stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Looking for candidates with 12+ years of experience with minimum of 8+ Years of experience in project management One or more project management certification – preferably Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or PRINCE2 is required
• Good hands-on experience of tracking and reporting projects in project collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Trello, etc
• Should have proven track record of delivering projects that deal with implementing cloud SaaS platforms (preferably D365 ERP, SAP and Salesforce as an alternate)

• Good communication skills, should be a good team player with excellent supervisory skills
