Responsibilities
- Deliver the project or solution as per the baseline scope, cost & schedule.
- Maintain high team & customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure high quality delivery without escalations.
- Manage project interdependencies, critical path, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation and rollout.
- Report on program level status for the program team and delivery status to Executive stakeholders.
- Contribute towards Domain initiatives.
- Identify and support key program objectives, risks, and drivers and create plans to manage these elements.
- Identify scope change and lead efforts to develop, estimate, and communicate budget and schedule impacts.
- Track, manage, and report program financials; identify risks to project budget and work with project teams to remediate.
- Participate in, facilitate post-project and phase reviews to cultivate a learning organization.
- Maintain readiness through different training programs & certifications.
- Manage partners and ensure quality project delivery.
- Status reporting & manage executive communications.
- Manage project and practice health metrics.
- Maintain utilization levels in line with organization metrics.
- Work on pre-sale estimations / change requests.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate with 12+ years of experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management experience.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated management of medium to large complexity projects involving employees, customers, and partners. Ability to work with different Microsoft internal stakeholders.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- 4+ years financial management experience.
- Agile certification, Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification.
