Job summary

Simform is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations for global clients. The role requires ownership from discovery through go-live and hypercare, partnering with architects and functional consultants.

You will manage planning, scope, and change control while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT delivery with 4+ years leading Dynamics 365 projects.
• 2 full-cycle D365 implementations completed.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery and hybrid models.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of estimation, governance, risk, and quality metrics.
• Ability to mentor cross-functional teams including technical and non-technical staff.
• AI-first mindset with practical application across SDLC.

Role Overview: We are a digital product engineering company that partners with clients to create innovative, high-performing software solutions. We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations for global clients, owning delivery from discovery to go-live and acting as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead D365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and/or D365 F&O implementations across the full lifecycle: discovery, fit-gap analysis, solution design, build, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.

• Drive solutioning with architects and functional consultants: configuration vs. customization decisions, data migration, integrations (Dataverse, Azure, Logic Apps, third-party systems), and security models.

• Own planning, scope management, prioritization, and change control, keeping delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to business outcomes.

• Manage cross-functional teams (functional, technical, QA) and ensure quality, validation, and release readiness through structured testing and ALM practices (solution management, Azure DevOps).

• Be the primary customer-facing lead: run workshops, steering meetings, and status reporting, manage expectations, and proactively flag risks and dependencies.

Must Have:

• Strong experience in technical project/delivery management and solution leadership.

• Hands-on knowledge of system design, architecture, cloud, web, mobile, and modern engineering practices.

• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and complex end-to-end projects.

• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and escalation-handling skills.

• Strong understanding of estimation, governance, risk, scope, quality, and delivery metrics.

• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.

• Strong AI-first mindset with practical experience applying AI and automation across the SDLC.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT delivery, with 4+ years managing Dynamics 365 projects and at least 2 full-cycle implementations.

• Strong technical depth in the D365 data model, configuration, extensibility, and integration patterns.

• Solid grounding in Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery, with exposure to Microsoft Success by Design or Sure Step as a plus.

• Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication, clarity of thought, problem-solving, and client engagement skills.

• Certifications such as MB-910 or PL-200 are a plus.
