Job summary

Lumovy Technology Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced D365 Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365 F&O, with proven experience in Retail/Commerce modules and Managed Services/Support projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive governance, risk management, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes for our clients across the US, Canada, India, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in D365 F&O Project Management
• Strong exposure to Retail/Commerce modules in Dynamics 365
• Experience in Managed Services / Support projects; not just implementations
• PMP/Prince2 certification is highly desirable
• ITIL certification or ServiceNow experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 F&O implementation and managed services projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into actionable plans
