• Mandatory Civil Engineering qualification.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management.
• Must have successfully handed over 500–1000 apartments.
• Stable career profile with minimum 3+ years in one organization.
• Willingness to relocate to Dehradun.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of group housing projects from planning to handover.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory compliance norms.
• Monitor project timelines and cost control to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle approvals, liaisoning, and coordination with local authorities.
