Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Architecture, Design Management, and Project Coordination.
• Experience on large-scale Residential High-Rise or Mixed-Use Developments (G+30 to G+40).
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, approvals, consultant management, and project execution.
• Working knowledge of Noida and Delhi-NCR development regulations and bye-laws.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive design development and coordinate with consultants, internal stakeholders, and project teams.
• Support project design reviews, documentation management, and consultant coordination throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain trackers and reports, and provide daily updates to management.
• Manage work orders, contracts, LOIs, Statements of Work (SOW), and consultant engagement processes.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Interiors, Construction, Planning, Legal, Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and external consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local bye-laws and development regulations, particularly for Noida and NCR projects.

We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Senior Manager Architect – Project & Design Management to join our team and play a key role in the development of landmark high-rise residential projects. Key Responsibilities

• Drive design development and coordinate with consultants, internal stakeholders, and project teams.
• Support project design reviews, documentation management, and consultant coordination throughout project lifecycles.
• Maintain trackers and reports, and provide daily updates to management.
• Manage work orders, contracts, LOIs, Statements of Work (SOW), and consultant engagement processes.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Interiors, Construction, Planning, Legal, Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and external consultants.
• Ensure compliance with local bye-laws and development regulations, particularly for Noida and NCR projects.
• Conduct site studies, design research, market benchmarking, and project positioning exercises.
• Support technical coordination, project specifications, area calculations, and management presentations.
• Coordinate project brochures, 3D visualizations, AV materials, and marketing collateral for residential developments.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, version control, approvals, and design records.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 12-15 years of experience in Architecture, Design Management, and Project Coordination.
• Managed the complete project lifecycle from inception to final delivery.
• Experience working on large-scale Residential High-Rise or Mixed-Use Developments (G+30 to G+40 or similar).
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, approvals, consultant management, and project execution.
• Working knowledge of Noida and Delhi-NCR development regulations and bye-laws.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
