Job summary

WebBee eSolutions private limited in Noida Sector 62, Delhi NCR, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end project execution across engineering teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will lead Agile ceremonies, coordinate with product, QA and business stakeholders, resolve blockers, manage timelines and ensure on-schedule delivery while maintaining clear communication and project visibility.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, Agile/Technical PM roles.
• Strong experience in sprint planning, delivery tracking, and release management.
• Hands-on with Jira, ClickUp, Zoho; able to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution from planning through delivery and release.
• Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, releases.
• Drive sprint execution and ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, QA and other technical teams.
• Identify blockers, dependencies, and execution gaps; mitigate risks.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to own project execution end-to-end and ensure smooth delivery of product initiatives across engineering teams.

This is a core Project Management / Technical Project Management role , not a Business Analyst position. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile project execution, sprint management, engineering coordination, release management, stakeholder management, and delivery tracking .

The candidate should be comfortable working closely with developers, driving execution, resolving blockers, managing timelines, and ensuring successful product delivery in a fast-paced SaaS / product-based environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution , from planning through delivery and release.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Drive sprint execution and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and scope.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, product, QA, and other technical teams.
• Identify and proactively resolve project blockers, dependencies, and execution gaps .
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and mitigation plans.
• Manage release schedules and ensure smooth deployment of product releases.
• Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other stakeholders .
• Maintain project visibility through Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or similar project management tools .
• Monitor timelines, resource allocation, sprint velocity, and delivery milestones.
• Support engineering teams with prioritization, planning, estimation, and execution.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of escalations and drive timely resolution independently.
• Ensure project documentation, execution tracking, and reporting are maintained accurately.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Agile Project Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Project Management.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and engineering teams .
• Proven experience in sprint planning, execution, delivery tracking, and release management .
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or similar project management tools .
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, dependencies, and delivery processes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical/product teams .
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and SaaS products .
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent ownership, organization, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Experience in a product-based or SaaS company will be highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in Project Management and Agile delivery .
• Candidates must be from Delhi NCR or nearby area and comfortable working from office in Noida Sector 62, 5 days a week .
