Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong leadership and project management expertise to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and proven experience in managing complex web and mobile application projects while leading cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and reviewing project scopes, considering resource needs, costs, risks, and technological constraints.
• Define project objectives, scope, and success criteria while providing clear instructions to design and development teams.
• Create and execute detailed project work plans, revising them as necessary to meet changing requirements.
• Identify and allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before submitting them to Account Managers.
• Ensure that project documents are accurate, updated, and stored appropriately.
• Monitor project progress to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and dependencies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies that shape opportunities for client solutions.

Must‑Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of project management tools (Basecamp, MS Project, Visio).
• Solid understanding of web design standards, usability, and rich media.
• Proven experience handling large‑scale, complex websites, mobile applications, and high‑profile client projects.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem‑solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of project management methodologies including risk management, work planning, resource allocation, and team coordination.
