Job summary

CBTS is seeking two experienced IT Project Managers to join our Technology Delivery team. You will own the day-to-day management of infrastructure, networking, and client-facing managed services projects from initiation through closeout.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking budgets and schedules, and reporting to stakeholders. The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience in enterprise or MSP settings and strong communication

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT project management experience in an enterprise or managed services environment.
• Proven experience managing infrastructure and networking projects (LAN/WAN, data center, cloud connectivity, or similar).
• Proven track record managing client-facing engagements with direct accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to technical and executive audiences.
• Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Planning and Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management for infrastructure, networking, and managed services engagements

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on IT project management experience in an enterprise or managed services environment
• Demonstrated experience managing infrastructure and networking projects (LAN/WAN, data center, cloud connectivity, or similar)
• Proven track record managing client‑facing engagements with direct accountability for scope, schedule, and budget
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to technical and executive audiences
• Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies

Preferred

• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification
