Job description

As a Project Manager for Power Module Product Development, you will lead complex semiconductor product development programs from concept to release, ensuring successful execution across global cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for driving project delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and operational excellence while meeting business, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead complex semiconductor product-development projects (Power Modules) with significant business impact.
• Manage cross-functional and global teams spanning engineering, operations, marketing, product management, and manufacturing. Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, risk management, reporting, and closure.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, negotiate trade-offs, and communicate project status up to senior executive leadership.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, identify dependencies, and proactively manage risks and mitigation actions.
• Ensure delivery against schedule, quality, cost, and budget targets.
• Lead problem-solving and escalation management during project challenges.

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field.
• PMP or IPMA project management certification (often preferred or required).
• 7–10+ years of industry experience, with several years leading projects and project teams.
• Strong power semiconductor domain knowledge and technical understanding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and intercultural collaboration skills.
