Job summary

Infineon Technologies in Hyderabad seeks a senior project leader to drive complex semiconductor development programs across multiple sites. You will inspire teams, manage schedules, budgets and quality, and coordinate with engineering, marketing and product management to meet customer requirements.

The role requires a MSc/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years in the industry, and excellent English communication. Automotive development and IC design experience are valued assets.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in industry, preferably semiconductor.
• Experience in leading complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-site projects.
• Experience in Configuration Management and change request tracking tools.
• Experience in automotive development is preferred.
• Experience in Analog or Digital IC design is welcome.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong organizational skills.
• Team player/driver.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal.
