Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead planning, design, and execution of civil projects. You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to safety standards.

The role requires PE licensure, 8–12 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, and ETABS. Travel to project sites may be required, with a full-time on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• 8–12 years of civil engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD, ETABS).
• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and analysis of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, buildings, water systems, and infrastructure works.
• Review and approve engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction-related issues.
