Job summary

ISKCON Bangalore seeks a Senior Civil Engineer to lead design, execution, and oversight of large-scale infrastructure projects in Bengaluru. You will manage budgets, mentor junior staff, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities include CAD reading/editing, BoM/BBS preparation, basic MS Excel/Word documentation, and coordination with multiple departments for timely delivery of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Master’s degree or professional accreditations preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of progressive experience in civil/structural design or site execution.
• Knowledge of waterproofing works including repairs, sealants, adhesives, coatings, and related civil maintenance activities.

Job description

A Senior Civil Engineer leads the design, execution, and oversight of large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. They manage budgets, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of waterproofing works including repairs, sealants, adhesives, coatings, and related civil maintenance activities.

Ability to read and edit CAD drawings; sound understanding of basic civil structures and the forces acting on buildings.

Handling labour billing, preparation of BoM (Bill of Materials), BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), basic MS Excel and Word documentation, and use of AI tools for value addition.

Tracking daily jobs, tasks, ticketing activities, and coordinating with various departments for timely execution of work.

Required Experience and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree or professional accreditations (e.g., P.E., C.Eng) are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 3-4years of progressive experience in civil/structural design or site execution.
