Job summary

Studio Infinite in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Architect to lead architectural delivery across design development, technical resolution, multidisciplinary coordination, BIM integration, and construction-stage support.

You will own independent project leadership, apply Mivan/formwork knowledge, and ensure coordination between structural, MEP, façade and life-safety inputs while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• High-rise residential experience required with 30+ floors; 40+ floors a strong advantage.
• Direct experience on at least 1–2 projects using Mivan / aluminium formwork, including DD/GFC and construction coordination.
• Hands-on knowledge of Revit in a BIM coordination environment.
• Strong multidisciplinary drawing-reading and coordination capability.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading significant architectural project scope.
• Curiosity and adaptability to leverage AI in Design development workflows.

Studio Infinite is a Hyderabad-based architectural practice working across high-rise residential, complex developments, master planning, urban design and environmental design. We are looking for a Senior Architect with substantial high-rise delivery experience someone who can read a drawing set critically, anticipate downstream coordination issues, and resolve them before they become site problems.

The role is responsible for leading architectural delivery across design development, technical resolution, multidisciplinary coordination, BIM integration, GFC readiness and construction-stage support, while maintaining design intent, technical clarity and delivery discipline.

What you'll own

Independent project leadership - structure the work, identify dependencies early, lead coordination reviews, and elevate issues with clear options and recommendations.

Mivan-literate architecture - apply practical knowledge of aluminium formwork constraints and formwork‑freeze implications, before these create downstream rework.

BIM as a coordination tool - use Revit and federated models to identify clashes, inconsistencies and coordination risks before information is issued for construction.

Cross-discipline drawing review - read structural, MEP, façade and fire/life‑safety inputs well enough to identify conflicts at architectural interfaces and drive coordinated resolution.

Team development - organize work for junior architects, explain the reasoning behind technical decisions, review output quality and build stronger project capability within the team.

What we're looking for

• B.Arch or equivalent recognised qualification
• Meaningful experience on high-rise residential projects; 30+ floors preferred, with 40+ floors a strong advantage
• Direct experience on at least 1–2 projects using Mivan / aluminium formwork, including DD/GFC and construction coordination
• Hands-on working knowledge of Revit and experience within a BIM coordination environment
• Strong multidisciplinary drawing-reading and coordination capability
• Demonstrated experience independently leading significant architectural project scope
• Curiosity and adaptiveness to leverage and integrate AI into Design development Workflows.

Strong advantage

Experience with 40–60+ floor developments, multi disciplinary coordination, AI literacy, Revit work sharing, and large developer / PMC environments.

This role may be less suitable if your experience is primarily

• concept design without meaningful execution exposure
• Revit production without project ownership
• individual delivery without team coordination or development
