NextGenEnergyJobs in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Program Manager to design and lead strategic initiatives for startups and ecosystem partnerships. You will build programs from scratch, align with executives, and scale impact across teams.

The role requires 10+ years in partnerships or corporate development, accelerator or startup engagement experience, and strong governance, budgets, and stakeholder management within the Indian tech context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic partnerships, corporate development, or related field.
• Experience launching or operating accelerator or startup engagement program.
• Deep understanding of startups, VC ecosystems, cloud or data platforms, enterprise technology.
• Strong program-management discipline with operating models, governance, metrics, budgets.
• Excellent facilitation and relationship-building across founders, investors, teams and executives.
• In-office role in Bengaluru under Everpure policies, with travel or PTO as needed.

Requirements

• You are a highly self motivated individual. With outstanding communication and leadership skills, you will build and drive the program from scratch and demonstrate value in a finite timeframe
• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, customer programs, or a related field. Strong preference for candidates with experience launching or operating an accelerator, startup engagement program, or innovation hub.
• Deep understanding of startups, VC ecosystems, cloud or data platforms, enterprise technology, innovation programs, preferably in an Indian context.
• Strong program-management discipline: ability to create operating models, governance mechanisms, metrics, budgets, executive communications, and repeatable playbooks.
• Excellent facilitation and relationship-building skills that cut across founders, investors, accelerators, product and engineering teams, sales, customer success, and senior executives
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
