Job summary

Everpure seeks an experienced program manager to lead startup engagement and customer collaboration initiatives in Bangalore, reporting to the Head of Business Operations, India. You will define, govern, and scale programs to deliver local value and global visibility.

With 10+ years in strategic partnerships or related fields, you will build partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and startups, while coordinating with product, engineering, and account teams to translate feedback into action.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, customer programs, or related field.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience launching or operating an accelerator, startup engagement program, or innovation hub.
• Deep understanding of startups, VC ecosystems, cloud or data platforms, enterprise technology, innovation programs, preferably in an Indian context.
• Strong program-management discipline: ability to create operating models, governance mechanisms, metrics, budgets, executive communications, and repeatable playbooks.
• Excellent facilitation and relationship-building skills that cut across founders, investors, accelerators, product and engineering teams, sales, customer success, and senior executives

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Everpure's Startup Engagement Initiative: define selection criteria, workflows, governance, and reporting playbooks.
• Cultivate VC and accelerator partnerships to secure a high-quality sourcing funnel.
• Refine selection rubrics, participation models, and graduation criteria.
• Manage platform access, technical onboarding, and software usage tracking for startups.
• Collaborate with Everpure's Corporate VC team to identify partnership, investment, or acquisition opportunities.
• Lead founder relations, launch events, community programming, and all PR/comms related to these initiatives.
• Run Customer Collaboration hub: own the engagement, including in-person forums, virtual progress check-ins, platform-topic sessions, roundtables, and targeted use-case deep dives.
• Coordinate structured pre-work with account teams and internal stakeholders to tailor agendas to customer priorities and business context.
• In partnership with Product Management, facilitate conversations spanning customer needs, roadmap themes, and joint innovation opportunities.
• Synthesize key takeaways from customer interactions and share readouts with product, engineering, account and leadership teams.
• Maintain the feedback loop by tracking commitments and reporting progress at engagements.
• Manage membership commitments, renewal reviews, program-health reporting, privacy and transcription consent, and other operating controls.

THE ROLE

Everpure is seeking an experienced program manager to lead two high-visibility strategic initiatives in Bangalore spanning across startup engagement and customer interactions.

Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, India, you will establish and run these programs to deliver local value and global visibility.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and scale the Everpure's first Startup Engagement Initiative:
  • Operationalize the initiative: define selection criteria, workflows, governance, and reporting playbooks.
  • Cultivate VC and accelerator partnerships to secure a high-quality sourcing funnel.
  • Refine selection rubrics, participation models, and graduation criteria.
  • Manage platform access, technical onboarding, and software usage tracking for startups.

  • Maintain the feedback loop by tracking commitments and reporting progress at subsequent engagements.
  • Manage membership commitments, renewal reviews, program-health reporting, privacy and transcription consent, and other operating controls.

What Success looks like in 12 months

• Institutionalize the Startup Initiative with a comprehensive operating playbook.
• Establish a healthy startup pipeline and deliver the first cohort, measured by platform adoption and key milestone completion.
• Operationalize Navigators@BLR with a predictable engagement calendar and a repeatable mechanism for converting customer feedback into actionable product and engineering improvements.

WHAT YOU BRING

You are a highly self motivated individual. With outstanding communication and leadership skills, you will build and drive the program from scratch and demonstrate value in a finite timeframe

10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, corporate development, customer programs, or a related field. Strong preference for candidates with experience launching or operating an accelerator, startup engagement program, or innovation hub.

Deep understanding of startups, VC ecosystems, cloud or data platforms, enterprise technology, innovation programs, preferably in an Indian context.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
