Job summary

K2 Ventures is seeking a Startup Program Manager to lead its venture builder, incubator, and accelerator programs in Bangalore. You will guide validated concepts through validation, GTM, and portfolio development, coordinating product, growth, ops, legal, and finance to accelerate portfolio success.

You will run cohorts, mentor founders, engage with investors, and drive milestones, KPIs, and fundraising readiness to ensure successful demo days and post-launch support.

Build, launch & scale startups in our venture builder. Lead sectoragnostic incubation & acceleration cohorts in Bangalore (Bengaluru) with top founders and VCs.

About the Role

As Startup Program Manager, youll own our venture builder / startup studio programs endtoend—turning validated concepts into marketready companies. You’ll run cohorts, guide founders through validation and GTM, and coordinate product, growth, ops, legal, and finance to accelerate portfolio success.

What You’ll Do

• Design & run programs: Create multistage frameworks—validation build launch scale.
• Venture selection & diligence: Assess founders, market size, unit economics, MVP feasibility.
• Incubation & acceleration: Coach teams on problem–solution fit, MVP, GTM, pricing, growth loops.
• Milestones & KPIs: Drive traction targets, fundraising readiness, demo day, and postlaunch support.
• Crossfunctional leadership: Orchestrate product, marketing, operations, finance & legal workstreams.
• Investor & ecosystem: Engage VCs, angels, accelerators, and corporate innovation partners.
• Portfolio reporting: Track survival rate, timetomarket, CAC/LTV, burn/runway, ROI; implement improvements.
