We are seeking a Program Manager III to lead complex cross-functional programs within our Control Tower team. You will drive structural fixes and automation initiatives while managing ambiguous, high-complexity challenges that span across organizations. In this role, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute strategic roadmaps that deliver meaningful impact. Your ability to navigate uncertainty and drive resolution in complex situations will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network improvements and optimization.
Your day typically begins with reviewing roadmap progress, identifying any blockers that require attention. Throughout the day, you'll participate in stakeholder calls to align priorities and maintain momentum on key initiatives.
