About The Team

Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) plays a central role in ensuring efficient and reliable delivery across the network. As part of ATS, you’ll work with a diverse team focused on optimizing transportation across air, sea, and road networks using advanced technology and data‑driven decision‑making. The team prioritizes safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. By leveraging data and collaboration, ATS ensures packages are delivered quickly, efficiently, and sustainably while maintaining high standards of reliability.

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of program or project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 1+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non‑tech teams experience
• Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
• Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
• Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non‑technical leaders
• Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders
