Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.

You’ll collaborate with technical and business teams to advance automation projects, evaluate operational data during daily business reviews, and work through complex ambiguity to drive resolution. Each day presents unique challenges that require your problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complexity.

Basic Qualifications
