This feat can only be achieved by developing, selling, and carrying out strategic and creative solutions for our TechOps Commercial customers.
The Commercial Project Manager supports the Commercial Services team and is responsible for analyzing data and creating actionable reports, developing periodic metrics and scorecards, analyzing existing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role works with team members to develop and implement efficient and scalable processes to achieve desired results and improve the organization’s effectiveness. The manager develops next‑generation decision support, analytics and process improvements based on statistical analysis of historical data, predictive modeling, benchmarking, and scenario analysis. The manager ensures all key knowledge artifacts and processes are well documented and maintained.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant MRO / aviation work experience.
- Experience leading Aviation Technology projects with MRO focus.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Process improvement experience with a solid track record of achieving positive results.
- Strong business acumen and operational, technical, and analytical skills including structured problem solving and quantitative analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills; exceptional analytical skills.
- Strong customer focus (internal and external).
- Advanced skills with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, MS Access.
- Software experience with SAP, Hyperion, SAS, Tableau, SQL, databases such as Teradata and SQL Server.
- Ability to solve problems at both conceptual and practical levels. Must be a self‑starter able to work in a team environment as well as on individual efforts.
- Highly proficient in written and oral communications and able to produce concise, relevant presentations for senior leaders.
