The Data Analyst supports this mission by developing performance measurement frameworks, KPI dashboards, and data-driven insights that quantify the impact of technology investments, automation initiatives, AI solutions, and transformation programs. Through analytics, reporting, and business intelligence, this role enables informed decision-making, tracks value realization, monitors adoption and operational improvements, and helps ensure Digital & Technology initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes. This candidate will be part of a high-performing, fast-paced Digital & Technology Transformation team that leverages data, analytics, automation, cloud technologies, and Artificial Intelligence to drive business transformation and strategic decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing scalable analytics solutions, creating impactful visualizations, and leveraging emerging technologies such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI to deliver measurable business value.
The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming structured and unstructured data into actionable insights through advanced analytics, business intelligence, cloud-based data platforms, and automation solutions. This role will design and optimize data pipelines, develop interactive dashboards and executive reporting, implement predictive and machine learning models, and support AI-driven business initiatives using AWS cloud technologies and modern data platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics, visualization, SQL, Python, cloud-based data solutions, and AI technologies. Experience with Tableau, Power BI, AWS services, ETL/ELT development, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and workflow automation platforms is highly desirable. This individual will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and accelerating digital transformation initiatives by delivering scalable analytics, automation, and AI-powered solutions across the enterprise.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical capabilities with business acumen, collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into innovative analytical and technology solutions. They will champion data quality, governance, security, and continuous improvement practices while staying at the forefront of advancements in Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Automation, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
