Delta Technology Hub in Bengaluru seeks a SCM Systems & Strategy Analyst to enhance data-driven decision making across TechOps Supply Chain. The role blends data engineering with strategic analysis to improve visibility, supplier performance, and contract execution.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analytics, strong SQL and contract reading skills, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at Delta's Bangalore hub.
The SCM Systems & Strategy Analyst is responsible for managing supply chain processes, business tools, and operational insights within TechOps Supply Chain. This role improves visibility, communication, and collaboration across the organization to strengthen supply chain resiliency, mitigate business risks, and address commercial challenges.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, sourcing teams, and suppliers, the SCM Systems & Strategy Analyst ensures BFE and SFE contracts are efficiently operationalized by validating pricing, entitlements, and performance requirements, and communicating key contract information to business partners. The role combines administrative execution with strategic analysis, supporting critical operational needs, driving process improvements, and providing recommendations that inform commercial and operational decision-making.
As a key partner within TechOps, this role fosters cross-functional collaboration and helps ensure strategic commercial decisions are aligned with operational priorities, performance goals, and business needs.
