Zodiac HR Consultants in Vasai, Maharashtra seeks a production supervisor to execute the daily production plan for cosmetic formulations and supervise the filling processes. The role emphasizes GMP compliance, hygiene and SOP adherence on the shop floor, with coordination across QA/QC, warehouse and maintenance teams.

The candidate will maintain batch records, logs for cleaning and in-process checks, oversee equipment changeovers, and ensure material availability for uninterrupted production.

• Oversee cleaning, sanitization and changeover of equipment and areas.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials and consumables.
• Identify process gaps and support productivity and quality improvements.
• Handle manpower planning and shift management.
• Comply with safety, quality and housekeeping policies.
• Participate in audits and assist in corrective actions.

Execute production activities as per the daily production plan and Batch

Manufacturing Records (BMR).

• Supervise manufacturing and filling processes for cosmetic formulations like creams, lotions, serums, scrubs, and makeup products.
• Ensure GMP compliance, hygiene, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed on the shop floor.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate records for batch processing, cleaning logs, machine usage, and in-process checks.
• Oversee proper cleaning, sanitization, and changeover of equipment and production areas.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables for uninterrupted production.
• Identify process gaps and support initiatives for productivity and quality improvement.
• Handle manpower planning and shift management efficiently.
• Comply with company policies related to safety, quality, and housekeeping.
