Job summary

Boditech Med India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Production Executive for its Jhajjar facility in Haryana to support and execute day-to-day production activities.

The role requires 1-2 years of experience, a relevant biotechnology/biochemistry degree, and familiarity with GMP/SOPs. The candidate will work within a structured, ISO-certified environment to ensure quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• MSc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related field.
• Experience in In Vitro Diagnostics manufacturing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with SOPs and GMP documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities as per the production plan.
• Follow SOPs, Work Instructions, and Batch Manufacturing Records.
• Monitor output, manpower use, productivity, and losses.
• Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging.
• Maintain accurate production records and MIS.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, Planning, Maintenance and others.
• Report any process deviations or quality issues.
• Support investigations (RCA and CAPA) and improvements.
• Ensure 5S, proper material handling, line clearance.

Boditech Med India Pvt. Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of Boditech Med Inc., South Korea is seeking an Production Executive for its In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) devices manufacturing factory in the Reliance Model Economic Township Industrial Area at Jhajjar in Haryana State.

Job Purpose

To support and execute day-to-day production activities as per the production plan while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production activities as per the approved production plan.
• Ensure production is carried out as per SOPs, Work Instructions, and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Monitor production output, manpower utilization, productivity, and process losses.
• Ensure availability and proper identification of raw materials, components, and packaging materials.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, Planning, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth production operations.
• Monitor process parameters and report any abnormality, deviation, or quality issue.
• Support investigation of production issues, including RCA and CAPA activities.
• Ensure proper material handling, line clearance, housekeeping, and 5S practices.
• Support new product/process trials, equipment qualification, validation, and process improvement activities.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports/MIS.
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO 13485, GMP, EHS, and company procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improving productivity, reducing rejection, and minimizing material wastage.

Qualification

• MSc / B.Tech / M Tech in Biotechnology, Biochemistry related discipline.
• Experience in In Vitro diagnostics manufacturing will be preferred.
