Job summary

Zentiva in Ankleshwar, Gujarat is seeking an Executive - Production with 1 to 5 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. The role focuses on implementing monthly production plans, ensuring GMP, data integrity, HSE, and ISO compliance while optimizing resources and cycle times.

Responsibilities include supervising contract staff, performing SAP activities, coordinating withEngineering, Purchase, Quality and Production departments, and training operatives on GMP and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferably packing).
• B.Pharm or M.Pharm required with relevant GMP exposure.
• Ability to train and supervise contractual staff and operators.

Responsibilities

• Implementing monthly production schedule with quality and regulatory adherence.
• Perform SAP activities and manage production data.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Quality and Production teams.
• Monitor yield and drive continuous improvement in assigned products.
• Provide GMP, Data Integrity, HSE and ISO training to staff.
• Carry out qualifications, validations and asset maintenance tasks.

Job Title - Executive - Production, Pharma
Experience
1 to 5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (Preferably in Packing )
Education
B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) , M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
Key Accountability
Production
Implementing monthly production schedule with consistent quality, adhering to Regulatory, GQS, and HSE guidelines, with proper utilization of resources and optimum cycle time.
Performing the production activities in assigned areas in order to achieve 100 % customer service.
Performing the SAP related activities
Able to handle the team consist of Contractual persons ,FTC & Operators in allocated shift
Able to do troubleshooting in the allocated area
ISO 1401 and SAP
Adhering to ISO 14001 activities and objectives in Pharma Mfg. Performing all the SAP related activities as and when needed.
Compliance
Implementing and ensuring compliance to GQS, HSE and ISO guidelines / standards and maintaining documentation for the same including process validation and qualification.
Coordination
Coordinating with

• Engineering department for preventive and break down maintenance, modifications etc.
• Purchase department for procuring and controlling auxiliaries.
• Quality department for all quality related matters.
• Production department for bulk availability.
  

Yield monitoring
Implementing and making efforts for continuous improvement of yield of assigned products
Training
Impart training to the operative staff (like contractual persons, FTC & operators ) on GMP, Data Integrity ,HSE, ISO requirement & process improvement and maintaining good industrial relation in the plant by effective grievance process.
Others
Carrying out any other assignments or projects like qualifications and validations as per the instruction of the Dept. Head to meet the organizational priorities.
Identifying and correcting unsafe conditions or behavior and promptly reporting other potentially hazardous situations.
Maintaining plant assets in good condition and making optimum use of all resources.
