HRD House in Mumbai is seeking a marketing professional to manage Dermatology/Cosmotology brands. The role focuses on launching new products, strengthening existing brands, and designing promotional campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Handle marketing function for Dermatology/Cosmotology products based in Mumbai.
• Launch new products and strengthen existing brands.
• Prepare and implement promotional strategies and be creative.
• Design promotional/communication strategies for various brands.
• Plan customer-oriented campaigns and activities for priority products.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly brand reviews and monitoring.
• Coordinate with support functions for effective marketing implementation.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. Candidate will be responsible for handling marketing function of Dermatology/Cosmotology Products based at Mumbai.
• 2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands in Dermatology/Cosmotology.
• 3. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be creative.
• 4. Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization Dermatology/Cosmotology.
• 5. Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.
• 6. Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders of Dermatology/Cosmotology.
• 7. Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
• 8. Co-ordination with all support functions for effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. B. Pharma or B. Sc and MBA in marketing 6-8 yrs in Pharma Marketing out of 2-3 yrs as Product Executive/ Senior Product Executive/Assistant Product Manager/Product Manager handling Dermatology/Cosmotology.
• 2. He/ She should have good knowledge of Dermatology/Cosmotology.
• 3. He/ She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands in Dermatology/Cosmotology.
• 4. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and self initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.
• 5. Candidate should be excellent in communication and presentation skills.
