Qualifications

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience with internal platforms, systems of record, or master data products.
• Experience designing incentive, rewards, or gamification systems is a strong plus.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, evolving scope rather than a fully defined feature list.
• Experience working with LLM-based or automation tooling to solve real operational problems.

As we continue to scale, we are building the central systems that keep reordering, dark store operations, and our on-ground workforce running smoothly.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the central systems that power how Fairdeal reorders inventory, keeps stores running, and keeps our on-ground workforce available and motivated. This is a foundational, cross-cutting role - what you build here feeds into nearly every other team at Fairdeal, from supply chain to sales to store operations. The idea candidate has built platform products or systems of record before, is comfortable with ambiguous and evolving scope, and can work with data and automation to drive key business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Fairdeal's central platform systems.
• Define product vision, priorities, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Run your own discovery with the on-ground customers and internal teams - Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations - who depend on these systems day to day.

2. Central Data & Systems

• Own the pricing, coupon, and discounting systems that decide what a retailer actually pays.
• Own the core central platform that supply chain systems rely on to make decisions, including what feeds into availability, reordering, inventory management, and last mile delivery.
• Keep this system accurate, current, and easy for other teams to build on.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Category teams so downstream systems get clean, reliable inputs.

3. Workforce Availability & Incentives

• Design and structure incentive programs across retailers, salesmen, and riders to drive the company's profitability and growth agenda.
• Own the systems that track and manage the availability, performance, and payroll of on-ground workforce.

4. Data & Insights

• Get hands-on with operational data - pull your own numbers, don't wait for someone to hand you a dashboard.
• Spot problems in the data before they show up as complaints.
• Build the dashboards people actually use, and kill the ones nobody looks at.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business from a tier-1 college
• 5-7 years of Product Management experience, ideally including internal platforms, systems of record, or master data products.
• Experience designing incentive, rewards, or gamification systems is a strong plus.
• Comfortable owning ambiguous, evolving scope rather than a fully defined feature list.
• Experience working with LLM-based or automation tooling to solve real operational problems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.
