We're looking for a rare kind of Senior PM — someone who can bring structure to chaos, move at AI speed, and take complete ownership of product delivery from idea to execution. This is not a “follow the process” PM role. This is a “figure it out, structure it, and deliver it” role.

What you'll own

• Turn ambiguous client briefs into clear product requirements
• Lead full product lifecycle across multiple simultaneous projects
• Coordinate daily with developers and remove blockers fast
• Write PRDs, user stories, workflows, and technical documentation
• Make UX and product decisions around flows, prioritization, and scope
• Keep projects moving without constant supervision

You’ll be reporting directly to the Founder.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years in Product Management
• Experience in consulting, agency, or multi-client environments preferred
• Technically strong — comfortable with APIs, architecture, and modern tech stacks
• Strong UX thinking and systems mindset
• AI-native — actively using AI tools to improve speed and execution
• Calm, reliable, autonomous, and highly accountable
• Comfortable working across time zones with enterprise clients
• You need perfectly defined briefs before starting
• You have only managed one product at a time
• You move slowly or over-process decisions
• You prefer planning quarters ahead instead of shipping weekly
