Dr Lal PathLabs in India invites a Senior Product Manager (10–12 years) who combines strong product thinking with a solid technical foundation and hands-on AI-enabled product development. The role spans Product, Technology, UX and Engineering, and requires independently building prototypes and POCs using modern AI tools.

You will own product vision and roadmap for digital and AI-enabled products, translate business problems into scalable solutions, drive discovery, MVPs and product metrics, and

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, roadmap, requirements and prioritization for digital and AI-enabled products.
• Translate business problems into scalable product and technology solutions.
• Drive product discovery, PRDs, user journeys, MVP definition and product metrics.
• Work with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA and Business teams to deliver products end-to-end.
• Identify and implement opportunities using GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG and intelligent automation.
• Use AI tools for product discovery, research, prototyping, documentation, testing and development.
• Build rapid POCs/prototypes/MVPs independently using AI-assisted development tools.
• Understand APIs, microservices, cloud, databases, integrations and system architecture.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 10 to 12 years of product management experience who combines strong product thinking with a solid technical foundation and hands-on experience in AI-enabled product development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across Product, Technology, UX and Engineering, while also being capable of independently building prototypes and POCs using modern AI tools.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own product vision, roadmap, requirements and prioritization for digital and AI enabled products.
• Translate business/customer problems into scalable product and technology solutions.
• Drive product discovery, PRDs, user journeys, MVP definition and product metrics.
• Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, UX, QA and Business teams to deliver products end-to-end.
• Identify and implement opportunities using GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, RAG and intelligent automation.
• Use AI tools for product discovery, research, prototyping, documentation, testing and development.
• Build rapid POCs/prototypes/MVPs independently using AI-assisted development tools.
• Understand and actively participate in discussions around APIs, microservices, cloud, databases, integrations and system architecture.
• Challenge technical solutions, understand trade-offs and ensure product requirements are technically feasible.
• Drive Agile product development from discovery through launch & continuous improvement.
• Should have experience towards outcome-based product deliverables, including Business ROI.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10-12 years of Product Management experience with ownership of digital products.
• Btech/Mtech qualification required - Product Management qualification is an added advantage

COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of technology and software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI / LLMs / AI Agents in product development.
• Experience with AI-assisted development/prototyping tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Lovable, Replit or similar.
• Good understanding of APIs, cloud, microservices, databases and system integrations.
• Ability to work effectively with developers and architects and translate between business and technology.
• Strong customer-centric, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
