Job summary

Ciklum in India is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our cross-functional team. You will translate Epics into stories, manage backlog, and own strategy, scope, and priorities for a connected consumer grooming ecosystem spanning mobile apps, IoT devices, firmware, BLE and cloud services.

You will coordinate with mobile, firmware, hardware, cloud and UX, write acceptance criteria, and ensure traceability from requirements to releases with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong Jira and Confluence experience with Epic-to-Story/Acceptance Criteria decomposition.
• Hands-on software development background and delivered IoT integrations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prioritise the delivery backlog under approved Epics, keeping items implementation-ready.
• Write and refine User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done, with traceability to requirements and releases.
• Manage dependencies across mobile, firmware, hardware, BLE, cloud and UX.
• Support sprint planning, refinement and release planning, and elevate risks early.
• Coordinate PSAT (Privacy, Security, Accessibility, Third-Party) compliance items with the Maintenance Leader.
• Act as the main delivery contact between Product Management, mobile, firmware, UX/UI, QA and partners.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence documentation (release notes, functional specs).
• Track delivery progress and risks, and report status and corrective actions to Product Management.
• Escalate changes affecting scope, priority, budget, compliance or release approval to the Product Manager.

About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Delivery of a connected consumer grooming ecosystem covering mobile apps, IoT devices, firmware, BLE connectivity and cloud services. The role takes Epics approved by Product Management and turns them into User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and a sprint-ready backlog for distributed dev teams. Product Management keeps ownership of strategy, scope, priorities and final acceptance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum

• Solid understanding of end-to-end mobile architecture: APIs, cloud, data flows, security, BLE, connected devices, firmware
• Strong requirements engineering, stakeholder communication and distributed team collaboration
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Desired: connected-product delivery experience, including mobile UX specs and Figma
