Job summary

Ciklum is looking for a Lead Delivery Manager to join our team in India on a full-time basis. You will guide cross-functional engineering teams, manage end-to-end delivery, and align technical work with business objectives to build customer-facing applications with clear stakeholder coordination.

The role emphasizes Agile delivery, risk management, and strong communication. You will plan sprints, remove blockers, manage resources and budgets, and work with Jira/Confluence to maintain velocity

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Project Management or Delivery Management, preferably within a startup environment.
• Agile certification (CSM) or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder software products.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into business impact.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management suites.

Responsibilities

• Define project milestones and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring expectations and project scope are clearly managed
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to AI model accuracy and clinical safety
• Sprint planning

About the role:

As a Lead Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project design, build, and deploy the next-generation, customer-facing Application, ensuring effective coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders throughout the development and delivery lifecycle.
