Job summary

GeneralMind is seeking a Senior Product Manager to operate at the intersection of enterprise operations, AI systems, and platform product strategy, based in Bangalore, on-site. You will collaborate with customers, founders, and engineering teams to define reusable platform capabilities that scale across ERP and supply chain workflows.

You will identify what becomes a platform feature vs customer-specific work, guiding architecture, AI automation, and human-in-the-loop decisions.

GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains - processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics.

Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments. We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who can operate at the intersection of enterprise operations, AI systems, and platform product strategy.

You will work closely with customers, founders, and engineering teams to understand how large enterprises actually operate: ERP systems, supply chain workflows, approvals, exceptions, emails, spreadsheets, and fragmented operational processes.

This is not a traditional roadmap-management role. A core part of the job is identifying the reusable platform hidden underneath customer-specific operational problems. You will help determine what becomes a platform capability and what stays customer-specific, where configuration ends and engineering begins, where AI can reliably automate workflows, and where humans should remain in the loop.
