Job summary

Meritto (formerly NoPaperForms) is seeking a Product Manager to lead an AI-native product-building effort for educational institutions in India. You’ll work closely with founders and a small, high-ownership team to translate real-world problems into AI-enabled workflows and experiences.

You will engage directly with universities and administrators, shaping product direction in a 0→1 journey while thriving in ambiguity, ownership, and rapid experimentation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PM experience in B2B SaaS, AI or AI-led products.
• Strong problem-solving ability in unstructured environments.
• Curiosity to deeply understand operational systems and user behavior.

As part of our next phase of expansion, we are now building an AI-Native product line from the ground up.This position is for a Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys 0→1 product building, and wants towork closely with a small, high-ownership team operating in a rapid development environment.

You will get an opportunity to help build one of the early AI-native operating systems for educationalinstitutions in India - with direct exposure to founders, real customer scale, rapid experimentation, and theability to shape products from day one.

It is for someone who likes going deep into user problems, learning directly from customers (in our case -universities and institutions on the ground), experimenting fast, and translating operational pain points intoscalable AI-native workflows and products.

Build & Shape the Product

• Work closely with leaders, product, and engineering teams to build an AI-native platform from theground up
• Drive bottom-up product discovery through direct interaction with universities, administrators,operations teams, faculty, and students
• Translate problems into scalable, AI-first product experiences
• Think beyond features - build systems, workflows, automation, copilots, and AI-assisted experienceswith real outcomes

Operate in a Rapid AI-Native Environment

• Work in a fast-moving setup with high experimentation, rapid shipping, and continuous iteration
• Use AI tools and AI-assisted workflows as part of day-to-day product management and execution
• Balance speed with product thinking, usability, adoption, and long-term platform direction
• Collaborate deeply with engineering in an execution-heavy environment rather than operating in silos

Own Outcomes, Not Just Requirements

• Take ownership of problem statements, product decisions, execution alignment, and adoptionoutcomes
• Stay close to customers and continuously refine the product based on real-world usage and feedback
• Bring strong clarity amidst ambiguity and help prioritize what truly matters in a 0→1 journey
