Job summary

Tachyon Technologies in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Product Manager - Technical to own the roadmap for our SaaS enterprise applications. You will translate customer needs into AI-native solutions and work closely with engineering, sales, and customers to drive growth and adoption.

You have 5+ years in SaaS product management, are comfortable discussing APIs and system architecture with engineers, and can align stakeholders across functions to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/enterprise software.
• Strong technical background — comfortable discussing APIs, system architecture, integrations, and data models with engineers.
• Hands-on knowledge of building AI-native applications — LLM-based features, AI agents, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
• Proven experience engaging directly with enterprise customers (discovery, feedback loops, escalations) to shape and prioritize new features.
• Track record of shipping and scaling B2B SaaS features, ideally including AI/ML-powered capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and backlog for enterprise SaaS offerings.
• Drive the vision and execution for AI-native features — from concept to launch — including AI agents and intelligent workflow automation.
• Partner directly with customers to gather requirements, run discovery sessions, and validate new features.
• Translate technical constraints and opportunities into clear product requirements for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering on architecture trade-offs, API design, and integration decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and support to prioritize features based on customer impact.
• Continuously engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities for new AI-driven capabilities.
• Define and track success metrics (adoption, retention, NPS, feature usage, etc.).
• Present roadmap updates and demos to customers and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

We're looking for a product manager with strong technical depth and a customer-first mindset to help drive our SaaS enterprise application roadmap. You'll work closely with engineering, sales, and customers to translate business needs into scalable, AI-native product solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of building AI-native applications — LLM-based features, AI agents, and intelligent workflow orchestration
• Proven experience engaging directly with enterprise customers (discovery, feedback loops, escalations) to shape and prioritize new features
• Track record of shipping and scaling B2B SaaS features, ideally including AI/ML-powered capabilities
• Excellent communication skills — able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
• Domain experience in hiring/applicant tracking applications, HR platforms, and CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Prior experience as a software engineer or solutions architect
• Experience with enterprise integrations (SSO, APIs, webhooks)
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks or AI agent platforms
