Job summary

Emergent in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Product Designer to own end-to-end design for key parts of the platform. You will turn complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences and work closely with engineers and product to ship fast, high-quality features.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, strong interaction and visual design fundamentals, and the ability to operate in ambiguity with clear communication and ownership mindset.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
• Strong interaction and visual design fundamentals
• Comfort working on technical or complex products (you don't need to code, but you should enjoy collaborating with engineers)
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and make good decisions with incomplete information
• Clear communication and strong product intuition
• High ownership mindset, you care deeply about what ships

Nice to Have:

• Some hands-on experience with code, or a genuine interest in experimenting with it
• Experience designing AI-powered products or systems
• Familiarity with design systems and scaling patterns
