Resustainability is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with cost-saving targets. You will lead supplier negotiations, ensure on-time delivery, and drive cost-control measures across projects.

You will collaborate with legal to review contracts, implement streamlined processes, and set team performance goals with regular evaluations. A civil engineering background and 15 years of relevant experience are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in civil engineering
• 15 years of relevant experience in procurement

• Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's objectives and cost-saving targets.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to obtain favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements while ensuring high-quality standards and on-time delivery.
• Design and implement streamlined procurement processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal department to review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, incorporating favorable terms and conditions, warranties, and service level agreements.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize procurement spend without compromising quality or project timelines.
• Set performance goals and objectives for the team, conducting regular performance evaluations and providing feedback and recognition.

Educación

Bachelor's/Master's degree in civil engineering
