The role focuses on troubleshooting campaign delivery, IOs, line items, and pacing while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting across Google Marketing Platform products. You will collaborate with agencies, advertisers, and internal teams via email, chat, and phone, escalating complex issues to product and engineering teams as needed to maintain smooth ad

Responsibilities

• DV360 Campaign Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues across campaigns, IOs, Line Items, targeting, pacing, and campaign delivery.
• Google Marketing Platform Support: Troubleshoot integrations and tracking across DV360, Google Ads, CM360, GTM, GA4.
• Ad Serving & Creative QA: Investigate creative rejections, delivery issues, tracking errors, DCO, display, and video ad-serving problems.
• Programmatic Deal & Inventory Support: Troubleshoot PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed, and Open Auction deals, including bidding, inventory, and SSP-related issues.
• Tracking & Analytics Support: Identify and resolve Floodlight, conversion tracking, audience synchronization, and attribution discrepancies.
• Client & Cross-Functional Support: Provide technical support to agencies, advertisers, and internal teams through email, chat, and phone, while escalating complex issues to Product, Engineering, and Policy teams.
