Manning Consulting seeks an experienced DV360 Support Specialist to join our AdTech team in Gurugram/Hyderabad. You will assist with DV360, Google Ads and CM360 related issues, guide agencies on best practices, and ensure smooth campaign operations.

The role requires hands-on DV360 experience, strong English communication, and ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Virtual interviews are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 years hands-on DV360 experience in support or campaign management.
• Strong DV360, Google Ads and CM360 expertise.
• DV360 Certification preferred.
• Excellent English communication.
• Knowledge of RTB lifecycle and ad-serving QA.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex DV360 campaign and platform issues.
• Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, creatives and ad-serving problems.
• Support DV360, Google Ads & CM360 ecosystem-related queries.
• Work with Product, Engineering and Policy teams on escalations.
• Guide agencies on programmatic best practices and optimization.

Are you an AdTech / Programmatic Advertising professional with strong hands‑on experience in DV360?

We are looking for experienced DV360 Support Specialists to join our team!

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

• 24 years of hands‑on DV360 experience in technical support or campaign management
• Strong expertise in Display & Video 360 (DV360) and Google Ads
• DV360 Certification preferred
• Working knowledge of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), GTM & GA4
• Strong understanding of RTB, OpenRTB, SSP & Programmatic Auction lifecycle
• Experience troubleshooting IOs, Line Items, campaign performance & ad‑serving issues
• Knowledge of PMP, Programmatic Guaranteed & Open Auction
• Understanding of Floodlight, conversion tracking & audience segments
• Strong knowledge of creative/ad‑serving QA, including display, video & VAST/VPAID
• Excellent English communication skills – Phone, Chat & Email support
• Strong client handling & customer service mindset
