Knack RCM is seeking a candidate with 2+ years of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management experience. The role focuses on AR follow-up, insurance calling, and denial management within medical billing and revenue cycle processes.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with independent work capability and a track record of meeting productivity targets. Prior experience with complex AR is advantageous.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Hands-on AR Follow-up and Insurance Calling experience.
• Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle processes.
• Experience in Denial Management, Appeals, and Claim Resolution.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurance guidelines.
• Ability to analyze claim denials and identify resolution strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity and quality targets.
• Experience handling complex AR accounts is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up and Insurance Calling
• Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle processes
• Experience in Denial Management, Appeals, and Claim Resolution
• Good knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance guidelines
• Ability to analyze claim denials and identify appropriate resolution strategies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve productivity and quality targets
• Experience handling complex AR accounts will be an added advantage
