Job summary

Knack RCM seeks an experienced RCM professional to join our team in Mohali. The candidate will handle US healthcare revenue cycle activities, focusing on AR follow-up, denial analysis, and resolution to ensure timely cash flow.

Responsibilities include working with Medicare and Medicaid guidelines, communicating with payers, and maintaining high productivity and quality standards in a night-shift US rotation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up and Insurance Calling.
• Strong understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle processes.
• Experience in Denial Management, Appeals, and Claim Resolution.
• Good knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance guidelines.
• Ability to analyze claim denials and identify appropriate resolution strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve productivity and quality targets.
