• Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up and Insurance Calling
• Good understanding of Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle processes
• Knowledge of Denial Management, Claim Status Follow-up, and Payment Resolution
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance processes
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with US insurance representatives
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and learning mindset
