Job summary

Knack RCM is seeking a candidate with 1+ year experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management for an on-site night-shift role in Jaipur. You will handle AR follow-up, insurance calling, and support denial management and payment resolution processes, working with US insurance representatives.

Strong English communication and analytical skills are essential. The role offers in-house meals, cab facility, and performance-based incentives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in US Healthcare RCM operations including AR follow-up and insurance calling.
• Solid understanding of medical billing and revenue cycle processes.
• Knowledge of denial management, claim status follow-up and payment resolution.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with US insurance representatives.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-up and Insurance Calling
