Infosys BPM is seeking a Principal Technology Architect to lead alliance-driven GTM initiatives, review complex architectures, and align technology decisions with business goals in large transformation programs.

You will engage with clients and partners to shape solution blueprints, guide design and estimation, and drive knowledge sharing across teams, ensuring delivery excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Alliance : The Principal Technology Architect will create joint go-to-market models with Alliance partners to create service offerings and provide end-end solutions to increase business
• Architecture : The Principal Technology Architect will create/review architecture (for enterprise/product/technology/information/infrastructure/solution), analyze and validate (NFR) for complex architectural solutions. S/he will assess readiness, conduct vendor / technology advisory services (like vendor ranking, TCO, Technology governance process, IT strategy, etc), assist in/create product compliance matrix to facilitate business and technical consultation to create / validate solution blueprint around a technology / domain at an account level
• Contracting & Agreement : The Principal Technology Architect will review Contracts, Master Services Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW) to complete contractual requirements from a technology perspective
• Design : The Principal Technology Architect will validate and consult on design, design innovative and reusable solutions IN ORDER TO provide optimal solutions
• Diagnostic /Discovery/As Is Assessment (Consulting) : The Principal Technology Architect will develop the methodology for diagnostics/benchmarking/assessment, provide set of hypotheses and baseline for diagnostic/benchmarking exercise based on experience and studies. S/he will review the diagnostics / benchmarking plan prepared by the consulting team, advice on possible improvements, review the diagnostics/benchmarking reports and qualify the recommendations/conclusions provided by the consulting team. S/he would present the reports and recommendations to customers for potentially very large opportunities (typically transformation deals) and also conduct client workshops for large and complex engagements to enrich diagnostic and discovery framework
• Estimation : The Principal Technology Architect will formulate estimation strategy / framework / guidelines for complex projects to facilitate / guide estimation
• Knowledge Management : The Principal Technology Architect will monitor and propagate effective usage and creation of reusable frameworks and artifacts to facilitate Knowledge Management and enhance organizational technical capability
• Large Deal Focus : The Principal Technology Architect will analyze and provide recommendations on feasibility, impact, integration plan, review scope and milestones of large enterprise-level projects/programs to meet customer expectations for large-scale projects
• Problem Definition (Consulting) : The Principal Technology Architect will participate in discussions to understand and analyze the problems faced by the customer and also gather further data through use of knowledge base from other projects. S/he will assist team members by reviewing their work and providing suggestions on articulating the problem statement, and apply insights from previous experience of industry vertical/functio
