Job summary

Neostats Analytics Solutions is seeking a Senior Architecture Lead in Chennai to drive design and modernization across domains. The role focuses on architecture governance, technology strategy, and collaboration with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.

Candidate should have strong experience in solution and enterprise architecture, microservices, cloud platforms, and data/infra architecture, guiding teams through complex transformations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solution architecture blueprints based on business and technical requirements.
• Lead architecture design and technology transformation initiatives across assigned domains.
• Analyze impact of proposed solutions across applications, systems, interfaces, and data flows.
• Define scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and technology strategy.
• Develop and maintain Technology Architecture Strategy and Roadmaps.
• Identify modernization opportunities, technology debt, and technology obsolescence risks.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and system evaluations.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, product teams, and project managers.
• Support technology selection and solution evaluation processes.
• Participate in investment planning and provide recommendations on technology modernization and strategic initiatives.
• Define and govern architecture standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Lead or participate in architecture forums, technology councils, and governance reviews.
• Ensure delivery teams comply with established architecture policies and standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1115 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in Technology / Solution Architecture.
• Strong experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integration architecture, data flows, and infrastructure architecture.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Microservices, REST APIs, API Gateway, Event-Driven Architecture, and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in architecture transformation, modernization, and legacy platform migration.
• Good understanding of security, scalability, availability, performance, and resilience.
• Experience defining technology roadmaps and architecture strategies.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, standards, patterns, and design principles.
• Experience identifying and managing technical debt and technology obsolescence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with senior leadership including CIO/CTO/COO-level stakeholders.
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Enterprise Technology environments will be preferred.
• TOGAF or similar architecture certification is an advantage.
