Job summary
Think Big Presstools Manufacturing & Solutions is seeking a production planning professional in Chennai. The role involves daily/weekly/monthly production planning aligned with customer schedules, tracking raw materials, and coordinating despatch with customers. You will compare plan vs.
actual and manage logistics for timely deliveries. Strong MS-Office and ERP skills are required, along with effective customer communication and documentation updates.
Qualifications
- Experience in sheet metal press components manufacturing.
- Knowledge of press tonnage for planning the schedule.
- Proficient in MS-Office and ERP systems.
- Customer communication and document updation.
Responsibilities
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly production planning as per customer schedule or requirement.
- Track raw materials and plan for material availability.
- Daily production plan along with customer despatch.
- Plan vs Actual to adhere to daily requirements.
- Logistics planning for customer despatch.
- Customer communication and on-time responses.
- Prepare daily reports for weekly/monthly review meetings.

- Daily / Weekly / Monthly production planning as per customer schedule or requirement

- Customer communication and ON-TIME response
- Preparing the daily report and present in weekly / monthly Review meeting
Preferred candidate profile
- Similar experience in Sheet Metal Press components manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge and experience in Press tonnage for planning the schedule
- Skilled in MS-Office & ERP
- Customer communication and document updation
