Job summary

Bounteous is seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to craft enterprise-scale BI solutions with strong DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and governance.

You will design secure dashboards, implement RBAC/RLS, manage deployment pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Create reusable and optimized DAX measures, KPIs, and calculations.
• Develop scalable Power Query transformations and ingestion pipelines.
• Build robust semantic models and dimensional data structures.
• Implement RLS, OLS, RBAC and data governance controls.
• Manage Power BI Service workspaces, gateways and deployment pipelines.
• Integrate GitLab-based source control and CI/CD processes into BI delivery.
• Optimize report performance using DAX Studio, VertiPaq Analyzer and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Power BI report development, advanced DAX, Power Query, data modeling, security implementation, and GitLab-based CI/CD deployment practices.

This role requires a professional who can build secure, scalable, high-performing BI solutions while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Must Have Skills
