Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and modern data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytics solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performance reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models.
• Gather and understand business reporting and analytical requirements.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to consume and validate data from Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platforms.
• Develop complex DAX measures, calculations, and optimized data models.
• Build and maintain Power Query transformations and reporting solutions.
• Ensure report performance optimization, scalability, and usability.
• Perform data validation, data quality checks, and support governance standards.
• Participate in requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in BI & Analytics with strong hands-on expertise in Power BI.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Expertise in Data Modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Report Performance Optimization.
• Strong SQL skills with experience handling large-scale datasets.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data quality frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Azure data platforms such as:
• Microsoft Fabric
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Data Factory
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise reporting and dashboard governance.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service, Deployment Pipelines, and Security (RLS).
• Exposure to Agile methodology.
• Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Fabric, or Azure Data & Analytics are an added advantage.
