Job summary

Cherry Bekaert in India is seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise reporting and analytics solutions with emphasis on Power BI, SSIS, SQL Server, and data warehousing.

You will lead ETL development, data modeling, dashboard creation, and translate business requirements into actionable insights while ensuring data quality, performance, and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop & Service.
• Proficient in DAX & Power Query.
• Strong SQL Server skills.
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) experience.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts.
• Data modeling and dimensional modeling expertise.
• Experience building enterprise reporting solutions.
• Understanding of ETL design and implementation.
• Experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and scorecards using Power BI.
• Build and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Design and implement dimensional data models (Star Schema/Snowflake Schema).
• Gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and translate them into reporting solutions.

• Ensure data quality, report performance, scalability, and security.
